We build what we can measure.

Five live builds in the UAE. Every result on this site carries the tool it came from and the day it was read.

IT World Trading

IT and electronics distributor, Dubai

IT World Trading distributes IT and electronics in Dubai across fifteen brands. The catalogue runs to 649 products, and all of them had to sit on a site that loads fast on a phone while earning search visibility from a standing start.

The build is quote-led: 649 product pages, 22 brand by category landing pages, a 15-post blog written against Search Console query data, and a WhatsApp enquiry flow measured with source attribution. No price is published anywhere on the site. The sitemap carries 711 URLs, submitted through IndexNow.

Three months on, the site holds 100 across all four Lighthouse mobile categories, 658 of its 728 pages are indexed, and Search Console records 11.1K impressions against 208 clicks. Synology lists the business as a sub-distributor on synology.com.

How we work

The same six steps run on every build. The lengths are what a project of ordinary size takes, not a commitment on any one scope.

  1. Discovery

Scope, sitemap and brand inputs gathered before any screen is drawn.

    Typically 1 week

  2. Design

Wireframes, then high-fidelity screens in the agreed visual system.

    2 to 3 weeks

  3. Build

Next.js implementation, section by section, against the approved design.

    2 to 4 weeks

  4. Launch

Cross-device QA, a Lighthouse pass and DNS cutover to the live domain.

    2 to 3 days

  5. Measure

Analytics and Search Console tracked from week one, reported monthly.

    From week one, reported monthly

  6. Maintain

An optional AMC keeps the site patched, monitored and reported on.

    Ongoing, month to month

Principles

  • Measured before promised

Every number on this site names the tool it was read from and the day it was read, so a claim can be checked instead of taken on trust.

  • Handed over owned

Domain, repository, analytics and ad accounts are registered in the client's name and handed over at launch, never held back as leverage for a retainer.

  • No template, no stock

Each site is written in Next.js against a design agreed first, and every capture on this site is of the real thing rather than a mockup.

  • Honest about what is not ours to show

Work for a client who has not given permission to be named appears without the name, the logo or the domain, and its results stay sourced all the same.

  • Dubai hours, Dubai numbers

The working week is Sunday to Thursday on Gulf Standard Time, and every figure quoted comes from a UAE account rather than an industry average.
