A Dubai property developer

A developer's website has to make a building feel finished before a single floor is sold.

The problem

A property developer needed a site that could carry a cinematic, motion-led brand across seven projects without the image weight collapsing mobile performance.

What we built

  • Depth-parallax WebGL hero on a custom GLSL shader
  • Gold-dust particle layer
  • Seven-project filmstrip rail
  • Desktop cold open
  • Sticky chapter narrative
  • Interactive floor explorer built over the developer's own renders
  • Subject-dominant image rule applied across the gallery

Results

98 performance, 100 accessibility, best practices and SEO sitewide
